Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all bottles are tightly sealed to prevent leaks during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
